The printer is fine but getting enrolled in the automated 3-month free ink cart replacement program is a problem for me. I need to speak with a real person to get me enrolled. I will upgrade my review to a 5 if this is accomplished. Please contact me !

    AVOID ALLL HP PRINTERS

HP builds their printers with planned obsolescence. You will be lucky to get 8 months before it fails. When you call support to get assistance you will be told that there is nothing you can do. They will offer you a service for 6.99 per month where they send you a crap printer and charge a fee for a limited supply of ink and a per page charge if you need more. Yay capitalism!
