The printer is OK. Prints nice but since it is a less expensive model it has a hard feeding just one sheet at a time. I bought it so I could connect it with a cable but there was a label over the cable port saying only use internet. I had to ask at Best Buy to find out that sticker meant nothing and I should just remove it. This should be thought out better.

The printer works well and once an online technician helped me it worked way faster. The cord that attaches from the outlet to the printer always falls out.

The first thing I didn't like about this printer is that my old HP Envy 5530 printers (2 of them) were much faster that this one, I used to be able to get the Geek Squad to come to the house to do setup's or application issues, now you have to call the number and someone from somewhere takes over your laptop to help. It worked for some applications like word, but didn't on some others. The local store doesn't do anything that involves an app. I've been considering returning the printer.

Easy setup transferring instant ink from old printer to new one. Very smooth and quiet. So far, it's great.

I’ve always had HP printers but the last one I bought was an Epson and only had it a year. I didn’t use it very much but it wouldn’t print so I bought an HP again and it has worked perfectly!

The printer works great. Downfall with windows 10 won't let HP Support work correctly, which means you can't use the display on the printer. You can, however, use the HP Smart to scan, copy, etc

It’s a very nice machine. It was easy to setup and prints very well. The AI feature helps save paper by automatically printing on both sides of the paper. This is a quality machine for the price.

Nice looking, good print appearance, quiet. I had a little difficulty connecting it initially. It didn't print from the computer. Still trying to figure it out. The print I did get was a copy document.

Couldn't be happier with purchase. Flawless, quick setup. Easy user interface. I was especially interested in scanning to file and the interface is very robust. Digital display on the unit itself is intuitive and, therefore, easy to follow. Be aware if you have prior HP devices and were not using HP Smart, you will need to remove all drivers/programs before installing HP Smart. Enjoy!

Printer is new. Sometimes loses connection with computer. Have had to re-install several times.

So far, this seems to be a great printer. The printouts are nice and sharp. At first, my family members had trouble printing from their computers to my printer. I had to uninstall the printer and reinstall it, and now they're able to print as well. This printer is definitely an upgrade from my old HP Envy 5540 (if I remember the model correctly)!

Once again HP excels in printers. This is our 5th HP printer in 20 years. I just had to buy another one for my son for his new home as this model was on sale. I love this printer!

This was an excellent buy for my personal use, and at a price I could afford. This is a repeat HP printer purchase … didn’t even look at anything else!
