Have used every suggestion and this printer will not do wireless. Had to dig out old cable

I recently got the HP Envy 6155e All-in-One Printer in white for my home, and I couldn’t be happier with its performance! As a woman in my 50s, I wanted something that was reliable, easy to use, and versatile enough to handle all of my printing, scanning, and copying needs—and this printer has checked all the boxes. First, the setup was a breeze. I’m not super tech-savvy, but the step-by-step instructions were simple to follow, and I had it connected to my Wi-Fi in no time. The white design of the printer is sleek and stylish, blending perfectly with my home office décor. It’s compact too, so it doesn’t take up much space, which is great since I didn’t want a bulky machine. I mainly use the printer for general home tasks—printing documents, photos, and making copies—and it has performed wonderfully in all areas. The print quality is excellent, whether I’m printing in color or black and white, and the prints come out crisp and clear every time. I’ve even printed a few family photos, and they look just as good as ones from a professional photo lab! One feature I really appreciate is the wireless printing. I can print from my phone or tablet with ease, which has been super convenient when I’m in another room and need something printed quickly. The HP Smart app is user-friendly and makes everything so seamless. The scanning and copying functions are equally easy to use, and I love that everything is done from one compact machine. Another bonus is that it comes with 3 months of free ink through the HP Instant Ink program, which takes the hassle out of worrying about running out of ink. The printer keeps track of the ink levels and automatically orders more when needed—what a great idea! Overall, the HP Envy 6155e has been a fantastic addition to my home. It’s reliable, efficient, and stylish, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a versatile all-in-one printer that can handle both everyday tasks and special projects with ease!

Not real proud of this product witch makes it hard to install a cell phone downloading 'i have yet too connected my ceel android phone, that because there's to much sales option on the unit,what happened to the easy way

Couldn’t connect with computer and geek couldn’t help even with my membership.

Very difficult to install! Had to pay someone to install for me.....

The off/on button doesn’t seem to work. I have had to unplug it to reboot.

touch screen goes unresponsive, HP smart cannot find printer occasionally.

It took much time and trouble to get it to print documents in word.

The worst printer I have ever owned and I always buy HP!! Set up was a nightmare. Was not able to connect to the app or instant ink. Once set up it was very noisy and did not print properly. Everything had lines across the pages. I aligned the cartridges, I cleaned the cartridges, I changed the cartridges. I ended up returning the printer.

The printer is very slow. The ink is expensive. When the printer goes to sleep, it cannot be woken up by sending a document to the printer, or pressing the power button. In fact, the power button does absolutely nothing. The only way to wake the printer up is to unplug it and plug it back in. Then you have to wait three or four minutes for it to boot up.

It’s a very complicated printer to set up lots of functions I’m suppose to have still do not work. Called the help line for help and their suggestion was to return it : Did not expect that from from anyone representing a HP product:(

Literally started having problems with it the second week after I started using it. Thought it was a fluke. Was trying to work on assignments and print, still had problems. Went to return it and it said window closed. This product sucks.

Picked up this printer because my other HP printer broke after two years. This new one lasted less than 24hrs before it had a cartridge issue that couldn’t be resolved even after troubleshooting with HP customer support over the phone. It printer about 40 pages before having the issue. I was told I could wait 7-10days for a replacement cartridge but was over that idea so I swapped it out for a canon printer

Hp printers used to be among the best among a crowded field. Their print quality is good but their set up is (HP Smart) is especially difficult for Apple users. Their instant Ink is a lousy "bargain" and once in is much to hard to get out of.

Have to unplug it every time I need to use it and restart it. For a new printer I would not recommend!! I wish o returned it right away!!

Very disappointed. It does not take legal sized paper as my HP 5510 Envy does. It does not print when it says it is - I have to unplug it and plug it in again to make it print - even though it shows it is connected to the internet

Difficult to set up and use. Best use is as a paperweight.

It's not user friendly. Looks like HP is still improving it and definitely needs to further improve it before selling it! End up returning it to best buy!

Worked for 4 months maybe printed 15 pages max. Constantly disconnects from Wi-Fi and then won’t reconnect. WAPs won’t work, type in password won’t work if you can ever get to that screen. This is hands down to worst experience I’ve had with any Wi-Fi printer. Big fat F to HP
