Wrong Operating system. No help from support.

All I needed was an upgrade key. I pay for Geek Squad support. Telling me to go to the store is not a solution. I shop online for a reason.

False advertisement

Customer services couldn’t help at the store nor online/phone call. Been on hold and spent 5 hours on this problem, but no one can help to get the right laptop with the spec as advertised.
