Does not work on carpets- great otherwise

However, the "auto shut-off" is incredibly sensitive on carpets; it constantly triggers, thinking the vacuum is stuck. After speaking with support, switching to Eco mode helped slightly, but it still shuts off far too often. I loved my older model because it worked perfectly on all surfaces, but I only upgraded because the auto-empty on that unit broke. Disappointed that the newer version struggles with basic carpet.

Excellent cordless vacuum

I especially like the self cleaning feature and the fact that it stands upright in a holder instead of having to hang on the wall.

Battery last an hour but its just enoguh for me so I have no compliants.

Extra battery is not available in their website but i got one from amazon ( different brand).

No more picking up a dust pan and broom for a quick clean up job. It also cleans the all the surfaces in the house from carpet to hard wood. We can't quite make it the entire house without charging it but I'd say it gets 90% of a 2200 square foot house on a charge. I love the auto empty feature with a push of a button.
