Great performance. Great display and amazing battery life

This computer works very fast and doesn’t overheat considering that it has a graphics chip. I’ve have the computer for almost half a year and love that it connects to my other Apple products.

Definitely worth the investment if you want power, speed, and reliability in one beautiful machine!

This 14 inch MacBook Pro with M4 Pro chip is the value leader for portable pro systems, especially when on sale. Getting the Pro chip (despite a couple less cores than the full Pro chip) and higher memory (24) and storage (512) compared to the base model (16/256) are key. Having gone through almost every MacBook Pro prior to Apple Silicon, I still miss having the plethora of pro ports on them, and would've highly preferred an ethernet jack to the SD card. I understand I'm in the minority on that though. Thanks to this being the M4 Pro, rather than the base, it also gets Thunderbolt 5, rather than just Thunderbolt 4, for both higher speed drives right now and possible long term future proofing. With Thunderbolt 5 and USB C, it is easy to get a single dongle with everything you'd want to use on it that is easy to leave on a desk and have power delivery through, or to carry with you for those times you need to attach something while you're out. If it weren't for the sale price that BestBuy had, putting this particular model in an even better value proposition than most, I would've ordered it with the nano-texture glass, which is a game changer in bright lights, and even better than the anti-glare no-glass solutions of the past that I loved. Most of the time it'll be used closed with external displays though, so this is still fine for my needs. If you plan to run it flat out most of the time and use power delivery through a dongle that uses a few watts of power before sending it on, get the larger power brick. The included one mostly keeps up when connected directly, but through even 100W PD capable dongles, is just low enough that the battery will continually drain a bit as you continue to push the chip and system in performance mode for hours at a time. If you're not doing day long renders or similar with it locked in performance mode, this will be fine. But if not, get the larger output power brick for your workstation setup and keep the smaller one that comes with this in your bag for extended travel.

This computer is perfect! from my everyday needs and for my work! I do music for work and this computer is perfect for it! the battery life is great and last multiple days before charging. Would definitely recommend to other people.

Everything about it is great. Works very fast, battery life is fantastic, so easy to navigate and the iPhone mirroring works really well and when working on projects no problems downloading or uploading things.

Absolutely love this computer. The speed is unparalleled, especially if you’re upgrading from an Intel MacBook or Intel Mac in general. 24 gb ram is more than enough for most people too. They could always offer more storage, but Apple has to corner you into paying for iCloud (among other things). Overall, got a great deal at the price point.

It is so fast and works so smooth. I do miss the metal casing of the older models, but the plastic is still quite sturdy.

I used to be a never Mac guy. Still had an iPhone and iPad for work but used a PC for everything. Then windows 11 happened. Wanted something that worked better. Tried a mac mini M2 and loved it. Went from the mac mini m2 to this MacBook Pro. The increase in performance is incredible. This is my main source for everything I need in the productivity department. Handles all tasks with no hiccups. I still keep a windows gaming rig but it is dedicated to just that. Hopefully more developers like those who made Cyberpunk migrate more titles over. Cyberpunk looks incredible on this machine!

If the price seems high, it’s worth it. Solid new Macbook! I am very impressed with the the sturdy design and the new sound system. Great battery life. I’m happy to have a macbook with an HDMI port and SD card slot again.

Like this new Mac !! Its fast and Apple AI is cool. But, I bought black color Mac-charging cord is black but its head is white, I wish charging head was black too to match with Mac/cord.

This is my 3rd MBPro and it just keeps getting better! The screen is incredible with its clarity. The keyboard is responsive and sturdy. It keeps its charge for what seems like forever. And even when I have like 20 windows open with multiple apps running it’s super fast!!!! Love my Mac Book Pro

good battery life, good performance, good display.

I traded up from an intel 2018 to this M4 Pro with 24GB memory. I opted for 512 GB because I can get external drives at a better rate. I use my computer to run a sales and marketing consulting business. This computer has more processing power than I need on a daily basis, however I do some video editing for my social content and my wife is a photographer and she uses my computer from time to time. My last Macbook was great and I used almost everyday for 6 years. I expect this laptop to hold up just the same. So far the only issue I had was transferring my data. I realized it was because I was on the beta program with my old laptop. Once we resolved that I have had no issues. The space black is more resistant to smudges than I expected. I would probably have liked to go with the Nano Texture display. Since I travel a lot and have to work at coffee shops sometimes. It would be nice to have the non reflective glass. I am curious to see how they continue to improve on Apple Inteligence. If you are getting it for the Apple Inteligenc only, don't bother, it's not worth it yet.

This piece is a delight for creators and developers. The screen resolution is soo good. Apple rocks. And the processor speed is just wowww..

My first transition to a MacBook and so far I love it! Its blazing fast both in startup and runnubg apps, lightweight, clean profile, and of course super intuitive UI. Integration with my other apple products was seamless, and have not had any issues with it handling whatever i throw at it

Awesome product, outstanding battery life and speed. M4 processor easily handles audio recording and editing.

I've only been using this laptop for a few weeks but it is a huge upgrade from my 2019 MacBook Pro. The speed is significantly faster and the display is slightly larger but much brighter and higher quality. I love the new Touch ID capability as well.

Perfect daily driver laptop. I have no issues with it. Black doesn’t get as many fingerprints as I expected, but I tend to keep it wiped down.
