    I'd never purchased an open box product before so I was skeptical, but the description of the item was exactly as advertised. The box was indeed open and this was maybe a returned product, but everything that normally comes with the product when it is unopened, was there in practically new condition. No scratches, no scuffs. Set up was a breeze and I did not have to reset anyone else's settings or anything like that. I'm really glad I opted for this deal because it saved me about $200.

    Had to trade in my old 2017 Mac book pro for this one and I am very happy with the performance for the new MacBook Pro. I run different kinds of apps and not seeing any performance issues

    Great MacBook pro with M4pro chip, especially when it is on sale. 24gb ram is a cool update in FY'25. 16gb is not enough anymore for multi tasking & performance jobs.

    My first MacBook, it's only been a few weeks at the time of writing. It's pretty awesome. I bought Final Cut Pro as I wanted this pri9marily for video editing - it's also been excellent so far. I wish that the laptop was touchscreen, that's the only complaint.

    This is very nice laptop when compared to others such as PC laptops with the exception of the Dell XPS line. It runs cool and the battery life is great.

    The M4 chip powers through all of my applications seamlessly. The battery life has been great so I am not constantly connected to a cord. Plenty of storage for my needs and the Space Black color looks sharp!

    Love how fast this laptop is and that I can take it easily with me anywhere. 14” is perfect if you’re looking to travel and move your laptop around since it isn’t bulky or too heavy. I do photography, so I connect the laptop to a monitor while editing at home so I have the best of both worlds with a fast system. The black finish is beautiful and I’m so happy with my purchase.
