Staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. had a few questions about setup and AppleCare, and they walked me through everything with patience and professionalism.     While not the best value laptop, the build quality and battery life are incredible. This MacBook has a bright, high-refresh-rate screen (120hz), great speakers, and offers a very polished experience. It runs everything I throw at it, including a Windows virtual machine in Parallels and VMware Fusion. Bumping up the RAM from last year's 18GB to 24GB makes this laptop even better.

    I had the M1 MacBook Pro and I thought yhat was amazing until i got this one. Its a absolute Beast abd s must have if uou are looking for a new laptop or upgrade from M1.

    I used to use windows laptops and pc during all my life but after I bought an IPhone and a Apple Watch I give it a a try to the MacBook and was the best decision I take in my life about computers, it makes my life more easy with my work and hobbies, the hardware and software are amazing and the sync with the Apple ecosystem can save you a lot of time.

    This was gotten for my granddaughter. She said it’s exactly what she needed for her first year at college in her studies. She mentioned how she liked how long the charged lasts before having to recharge back up

    Still stingy on the ssd space but battery life is good. Just recall that It runs on ARM and so can only natively run said apps. Thunderbolt 5 is still expensive but of course it's backwards compatible. OLED would of course be better. I'd wait for a sale to buy. Staff was very helpful
