Excellent computer. Handles my data analysis with ease and while I was worried the the 14 inch would be too small, the display resolution is excellent so the size isn’t an issue.

They helped me migrate all my data from my old laptop, saving me hours of setup time and potential headaches. Bought it for college and I have no complaints—it flies through everything, even Minecraft with shaders, has infinite battery life, and looks very nice. Super useful for productivity, having 10 windows open at a time. Would recommend for anyone who has the money and is maybe studying something like computer science where you need a good computer!

This MacBook Pro 14” is an upgrade from my 2012 MacBook Air. As you can imagine, the processor speed and screen depth of color were both light years ahead of what I had. The weight is a little heavier but not unwieldy. The screen is 1 inch larger than the Air but no change in case size. I’m very happy with the purchase and I hope I’ll get as many years out of this MacBook as I did the MacBook Air. Highly recommend.

Great upgrade, sleek, holds battery forever. Light enough to be easily portable, but not so light that it could blow away in the wind.

I purchased to replace my 11-year old MacBook Pro that could no longer be updated. This one is great! The most noticeable thing is the battery, WOW, so far it is lasting 2-3 days which I had not expected. I also upped to 1TB storage with this computer, so hoping that will help. It's very fast, does everything I need and I have zero complaints. I did purchase a screen protector and a case for it to avoid scratches.

From the moment I unboxed the M4 Pro MacBook, I knew this wasn’t just a laptop — it was a piece of technological artistry. With its next-gen M4 chip, the speed is borderline supernatural. With hours of usage even under heavy load, the power efficiency of the M4 chip ensures that the device can keep up with demanding workflows throughout the day without the need for constant recharging.

This new laptop works great has decent battery life and plenty of performance. The balance of the performance and battery life is mostly dictated by how you use the device but I've found it to last for me for the majority of the day 6+hours on average. Almost all of my workloads including some medium to heavy gaming on high settings is handled easily by the M4 Pro chip.

This computer was needed for my daughter's college program. It is an incredible machine and has exceeded all of her expectations. I'm happy she has something that will carry her through the next 4 or 5 years just like her last MacBook did.

This MacBook is amazing. My review is very clouded by the fact my last purchase was in 2017 - MacBook Air. That lasted me all this time (Nov 2024). But because I had such an old system, and couldn’t update it past iOS 12.76, I probably think this is maybe more incredible than the average person. The charge it holds is maybe the best thing about it, honestly. I can go multiple days without charging it. I love the Touch ID, I didn’t know it’d have that and it’s super convenient for not just unlocking it, but also passwords and filling things in. I got it largely to use Lightroom, and it’s great for that as advertised. I also like the mirroring option with my phone. With all this said, I wish it was more affordable. The cost of these laptops are not accessible to the average person, and I had to get the credit card with a co-signer to be able to purchase it. In today’s world, it’s almost required to have technology. I wish they would make these things more affordable. I needed a new laptop and mine just couldn’t do the things I needed anymore, both personal and professional use. So objectively, it just made sense to upgrade to the best available option to secure another long term use out of my laptop. Apple, please make things more accessible to the average person with average income. Overall, it’s worth the hype in my opinion for what I need - but I will be paying for it for a very, very long time.

coming from a 2020 MBP 13 Inch intel macbook pro this 14 in M4 Pro mac silicon chip is amazing. 120hz screen, very long battery life speed and everything loading so quick is awesome. Fans have not turned on either unlike my last macbook. im really happy with this purchase and delighted i picked this up on black friday with a $300 discount!

So far I think this is probably the best computer I've ever owned. (I've owned a LOT!) Functions beautifully and fast. The battery life far exceeds anything I've previously experienced, but I'll be connecting a large external monitor to it and using it as my iMac replacement.
