    Overall I love my purchase from Best Buy but it took several tries to get Microsoft Word installed. The woman at the store said I didn’t need a receipt, but that didn’t turn out to be true. There is a code number on the receipt that I needed. After some help with Best Buy support staff, I was able to find the code and she helped me install Word.

    Retired our 1st gen macbook air for the kids to use. Have been happy with this laptop replacing our old one. Significantly faster loading web pages. We only use our laptop to browse the web once or twice a week and file taxes.

    Apple keeps on pumping out great products. Their M2 Chip, despite being 3 years old STILL performs better than most Intel chips (excluding their Ultra Series). Incredibly well price considering the life expectancy and performance.

    I bought this for my daughter for college and she really likes it. It does the job for her school work. She says, quality and sound is good. The only thing is that the charger is a magnet, so if moved it disconnects.
