I upgraded from an Macbook Air Intel chip with 8 gig ram to the M3 chip with 16 gig of ram. Significant improvement. I have been an Apple laptop person for a long time.

Upgraded from an Intel Mac. Night and day difference. Battery life is insane, lasting up to two days on heavy usage. Lighting fast as well, with no overheating issues.

If you’re an Apple aficionado you will marvel at how easy it is to integrate a Mac into your existing devices. Set up was a breeze. Costs more than a standard PC but quality and compatibility seems worth it.

Little confusing to get used to the MacOS after using windows for my whole life but once I figured it out it’s been soooo much better and easier dealing with work stuff.

To be honest, I jumped at this because of the price. The ONLY reason I am giving this a 2-Star rating is to draw attention to the hardcore fact that 256GB just isn't enough to really enjoy a macbook. It might be fine for an iPad, but not a macbook. After the OS -- and now the space requirements of Apple Intelligence -- you really wind up with really limited space remaining for apps and content. I feel that 512GB is the bare minimum to really enjoy these -- or any -- laptops without much concern for space -- unless you plan on working with video. Then, you should be considering a macbook pro with at least 1TB. So I returned this laptop to upsize to a 512GB. Don't let the cheap price lure you in -- Unless you really just need a laptop/netbook and not concern yourself with much else and uninstall all the fluff.

Absolutely love my new Mac! I thought I would hate the 12-inch screen because my previous laptop had a 16-in screen, but I do not miss it honestly. Got the best deal on Black Friday for this 13-in M3 Macbook Air and am so glad I did. Love love love
