I also couldn't get the word program to work for me and went into the store and the guy standing at the front door helped me setup the word program! The best buy put the Laptop and word program on sale and got a rebate as well!!!

We are an Apple household so this fit in seamless into our home ecosystem. I've been a Windows guy for 40 years so this was a change for me but not for my 13 year old. Got it for Christmas so time will tell how it holds up.

My only complaint is that I thought the Starlight color would be more gold, but it is only ever so slightly warmer than the standard silver color to the point where it is barely noticeable.

So I had to buy a new pc because Best Buy didn’t helped me and Hp it way toooooo hard to deal with.

Love the interface and the seamless connection with my apple watch and iPhone. Would 100% recommend if you are already invested in the Apple ecosystem.
