I have a Brother MCC-J435W. I’ve involved the Geek Squad to solve this issue, but as of the writing of this review it is unable to find a solution.

Does the job, but it took effort...

Ultimately they recommended turning it in...just about the time I solved it myself. Bluetooth kept dropping and Windows Update was failing repeatedly...needed a particular low level update.
