I bought it as an open box with excellent quality. The charger didn't come, but it was easily solved when I contacted support and I was able to make the withdrawal at no additional cost. So far I have nothing to complain about.

Computer starts up rapidly and shuts down just as fast. Had to buy a keyboard cover because the gray keys made it difficult to see the letters but the one I got from Amazon fixed that. Battery charges a lot faster than my old Dell XPS. Wonder if it will give me the same number of years of service as the XPS. So far no complaints.

I'm so glad I chose this laptop. I love everything about it, from its convenient size to the touchscreen.

This is an excellent, lightweight, easy to use laptop - perfect size. Only change Dell could make to this product is to move the on/off button away from the delete button as they are easy to accidentally touch one for the other.

Bought this for my wife. Easy to set up and navigate. Holds a charge well and has a good speed with our internet. Good laptop for non- gamer, occasional streaming.

So far loving this new Dell laptop. I recently retired and had to return my work computer. I enjoy a smaller laptop so chose this 14" design. I am not much into Copilot and all the modern apps but want to do some writing, check email and surf the internet. This device checks all the boxes! The configuration of the keyboard and mouse and the sleek screen are just what I was looking for.
