    Initially I was about to give this Dell a one star review due to an inauspicious start. After setting it up and going through all the welcome/initial screens, all seemed fine. But the very next day it would power on. Tried everything, but to no avail. Finally found an old power brick that would plug in, and it finally powered on. But the old power brick was a lower wattage power rating, so couldn't use it. Ended having to bring the PC back to Best Buy. Their Geek Squad also determined the power supply was the problem. Good thing they had the same AIO in stock, so swapped it out. So far the replacement has worked fine. One thing I do not like are that all the ports are on the back side which is not convenient to reach, would've been better if some were on the side.

    Brought my 8 year old computer in for service. Was advised that that it would not support Windows 11 & would best to replace it. Purchased the Dell All-in-One. Left it with the Geek Squad for information transfer. I have a Best Buy membership, so costs were covered. Am very pleased with the new Dell & service provided/
