The Harmony Hub does exactly what it was meant to do, allow me to use either my phone or Alexa to control my TV. However, the price is far too high for what you're getting. The setup can be a pain, and your options are fairly limited.

Would be excellent if the hand controller was lite

Love the fact that you can use the remote, or download the Harmony App and use that as the remote. Problem is sometimes I have to re-program via the app, and that is incredibly annoying (minus 1 start, otherwise perfect)

Hooked up to my google home for voice option. Worked perfect.

Works very well. Was able to go from 4 remotes down to 1.

Couldn't setup the app without reading the online manual. Required multiple tries to setup known devices (by adding delays) [ Shouldn't these already be defaults in Logitech database?). Included remote is analog and lacks in features. Most of the settings must be done through app or the website. About the good - Works well with Alexa. But you can only associate one hub with Alexa (Harmony limitation). Not a problem for me at this time; but could be in the future if I decide to use a hub with other TVs in the house.

The one thing I would change would be the fact it only comes with one blaster. When the components are separated in different cabinets and the tv is on the wall you are left with a bit of a hope the codes hit the tv situation.

Got this unit to control my tv with my amazon echo. Works great.

I use this with my Amazon Alexa to control my TV.. Love it!!

This thing rocks. I have it controlling my HT receiver, a DirecTV receiver, an Apple TV, an Xbox 360, a PS3 (Bluetooth!), a projector, the screen, and the lights. Right!? The only things that I'd say are negatives are that I've reached the maximum number of devices that can be added and that the external blaster is pretty limited, only allowing a limited range (degree-wise) of IR.

Controls all my devices with only one remote, no need for any more.

Great universal remote for hidden cable box, DVD, etc. I tried a different system first, but did not work well. This works. A little complex to set up, so we had Geek Squad do it, and they did a fabulous job. So good, we got another Harmony for a different TV.

Overall I am happy with the performance but I do experience issues with the selected devices not turning off or on at the same time. Doesn't happen alot but is annoying when it does.

Harmony's hub based remotes are a great upgrade from the previous generation IR remotes. Set-up is very easy and, as a user, you have the choice of using the remote or the app on your phone or iPad to control all of your devices. For those with an Amazon Echo, you can integrate the two systems to allow voice commands for all your AV components.

Needed something to work multiple devices and this worked great

I was excited about this remote, sadly it's extremely hard to operate and sync, not user friendly works fine with Amazon echo, and my LG smart tv overall needs some work a lot patience
