This is not a professional mic, but for the price, it is excellent. Again, the price the build quality is fine. It works great, sounds good and it easy to use. Once I got used to the gain setting for my application it just works and sounds great

The Yeti microphone is excellent. I use it to teach streaming courses for my job as well as to deliver Sunday morning services over Facebook Live. It is wonderful. The cable that comes with it is awful! The piece that plugs into the bottom of the microphone bends easily and eventually stops working, prompting me to buy a new and much more expensive cable over Amazon. This also happened with the cables for the Yeti microphone at my place of work. They all broke the same way. When I purchased my new cable, I also replaced the ones for the two microphone owned by my employer. It was a real shame that such an expensive and high-quality microphone includes such a cheap cable. One other thing...when I wrote to the Yeti manufacturer on its customer service e-mail, no one ever reached out to me. In this review, I am doing my best to separate a superior microphone from the crappy cable that come with it.

Since working from home I needed a better microphone than what comes with my MacBook. People were telling me right away that the quality got better after adding this. Plug and play on my MacBook.

Great product and very easy to use! I use it almost everyday because I do lot of streaming and the mic keeps up with me. Best Buy had the best collection when it came to gaming mic!

I host podcasts and videochats, and audio quality is extremely important for them - both so the message can be heard and so my production seems professional. I had been using the mic that's built into my Logitech webcam. Audio from it was pretty decent, but it had a vague echoey sound. After reading a lot of reviews, I chose the Blue Yeti. Man, what a difference! The audio is rich and deep, and the playback sounds like I'm right there next to my audience. I like that it has multiple settings. When I'm recording just myself, I use cardioid, which captures my audio well but doesn't pick up sounds from behind the mic (useful for when my dog is yawning or walking around). When I have a guest, I change it to bidirectional so we can sit face-to-face and both of us will sound great. I highly recommend this mic.

This has been a great microphone. The weight of the base and overall quality of the unit is amazing. Ease of use is excellent. Picks up almost zero background noise in discord and you can be clearly heard without the mic in your face. There are not tons of features with this mic, but who needs frills when it just works how it should. I would recommend this to everyone in need of a good mic.

This microphone is excellent for discord and games my friends can hear me clearly and adjusting the mic volume is easy and simple.

I bought this microphone, because I am a university student that was doing music lessons through Zoom and I wanted the sound quality to be better for my professors for any upcoming recital I would need to do via Zoom. The microphone has exceeded my expectations. It's sturdy and the sound quality is awesome! I will be able to use this in my career as a teacher to create hybrid lessons for my students. The microphone has 4 settings (Cardioid, Stereo, Omnidirectional and Bidirectional) which is great for whatever you might need to do. It worked well for the recital I did, and I'm interested in podcasting, and it will definitely work well for that. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase.

Exelente quality microphone and good price super super good

This is an incredible mic. I was wary about purchasing a USB mic, but the quality of this mic is incredible. It picks up EVERYTHING. I'm planning to use it for recording vocal audio, and my tests thus far show that it will be perfect.

I wasn't very familiar with Blue products before I purchased this mic but I fully endorse this product after the first use. Whether you are trying to record clear vocals or simply want a sleek looking product for a reasonable price you wont be disappointed.

My first thought, WOW! It heavy! My first impression. This is a solid piece of equipment. I originally went the cheap route and purchased an inexpensive $20 microphone and the results were less than stunning. Disappointed, I did some research and after reading a few positive reviews, I opted for Yeti and glad I did. The option for three different recording settings is great. The size of the microphone is very impressive for something that works off USB only! Yes, it is a but expensive but you get what you paid for. I paid for a great piece of audio equipment.

This mic has amazing studio quality and is packed full of features. Takes some playing around to get the exact sound you’re looking for but overall super easy. You won’t regret picking one up.

This is the perfect podcast mic for an office or portable. It isn't too heavy but it is very high performing! Even great for a beginner just starting off!
