I purchased this to have a better experience for my online work. I simply plugged in my ear buds and do not have to wear a heavy headset all day. My plan was to purchase a wireless headset to use with it but have not, yet. Loving it.

The dynamic range is phenomenal! It can be set for any of four reception patterns. I use it with the latest Garage Band, and for audiobook recordings or podcasts, it’s spectacular! I’m very pleased with this mic, it’s sturdy and stable construction, and the great job it does!

Have only got this recently for streaming gameplay and couldnt be happier. Has extra features to change your voice with their software and other setting changes if needed for great sound quality. My voice through it sounds great and has minimal issue, and with a few software adjustments it's definitely going to be a massive improvement compared to an OK headset mic in the majority of cases. Consider getting something like a Pop Filter to improve your clarity even further (or a windscreen if you'll be outside with this often).

I was not expecting much but pleasantly surprised that it works like a charm. I think they could have done a better job by adding some basic effects like reverb, bass, and/or treble control, but that's just the perfectionist part of me. :)
