Would recommend this product. Good price for a universal remote. Easy to set up and easy for everyone to use, including someone who had never used a universal remote before

We bought this in 2013 and it is still great. Can use some batteries though. Drop it on the floor and it MAY not remember every devise... but it works like new. The app is fabulous to use and program on my computer! It makes it SO easy! Thinking of buy the 2021 model, but why fix what isn't broke!

I prefer the model 700 because it's rechargeable but otherwise this has the same capabilities. It take some effort to program because you need to connect the device to your computer, download the right application, find model numbers for each device and know which tv port everything is connected to. Having your tv, cable box and home theater come on and off together is great. Automatically adjusting the volume from the theater and channel from the cable box is better. I would buy it again.

Bouncing between remotes, especially for a home who likes technology, can be a pain. This simplifies that, even works with out Apple TV, which made this even better.

It seems like batteries only last a month for me. Admittedly I watch a ton of tv, but it still seems kind of power hungry.

This remote is awesome!!! No more fumbling through multiple remotes. Wish I had bought it long ago. Easiest remote to program and set functions for one button actions.

Other then not being able to program it myself it is the only way to go if you have multiple remotes. Works perfectly and I only have one remote for everything.

The ergonomics of this remote are poor, especially the 'enter' button which should be the largest, easiest key to find when in fact it is small and wedged in between other keys. Another annoyance is the extremely small working area of the unit. It has to be aimed very precisely at the tv to work. I actually prefer the standard Direct TV remote that it replaced.

I would definitely recommend this product because it saves you the hassle of constantly searching for all your remotes whereas this combines all of them in one.

Love this remote! Easily control my TV, cable DVR, blu-ray player, soundbar, and game systems. Highly recommended.

Was very easy to program and then eventually use. Boys have enjoyed having only one remote that controls everything!

This remote is the best solution for cleaning up that remote control clutter,easily programmed via computer through the included usb cable and downloadable software.

If you have more than 2 devices connected to your TV you need this remote. Simple Easy anyone can operate after initial setup. Amazing. Wish i had gotten one sooner.

This was a replacement of the same model several years old. We liked it so much we looked for the same model. It was used so much many of the buttons were worn off.

I bought this because I was tired of using multiple remotes to do the same thing. It has been as advertised for solving that problem. I have had no significant problems with it and it even works really well with the logitech surround sound speakers I use that have rarely been able to be controlled by something other than the remote that came with them. Overall, great product, price seems fine, would recommend.

Was skeptical at first if this remote was going to truely control what i needed to use it for. But it came through with flying colors. Haven't even fine tuned the buttons yet but after putting in the equipment and syncing with remote was great as is. well worth the money if you have multiple components to control without the hassle of a bunch of remotes hanging out on the coffee table.

My very good experience with Logitech products at work (keyboard, mouse) caused me to give this remote a try. I am very happy with it! Programming all the buttons on Logitech's website took a bit of getting used to, but it was worth it. I have a Samsung Plasma HDTV, Cisco cable box, Vizio 5.1 surround sound system and Sony 3D BluRay player. It controls them all very nicely. There is a tiny learning curve in programming individual devices via the website. Sometimes, buttons you delete online still end up being downloaded to the remote. This is a minor issue, because you simply do not need to use the buttons that you cannot delete. In the end it works great! The feel of the buttons on the remote are crisp and clean, unlike the cheap, cable universal remote that has mushy buttons that do not always register on the cable box. When you press a button, it is transmitted to the device. Overall, this is an outstanding product and worth every penny you spend on it, especially if you have 3 or 4 pieces of equipment in your home theater. I used to have 4 remotes sitting on my end table. Now I have one. This is a great value and a superior product. Thanks Logitech!

I have had many remotes for all of these years and this single device put an end to all of that! Easy setup and works like a champ every time!! Absolutely love it!!!

It was worth it! I think part of my problems were not with the remote but were my own. I have Apple TV, LG tv , and Bose sound system. I am grateful to have ONE remote instead of THREE, especially Apple remote which is AWFUL! just be patient, you will get there as I did.
