A victim of the initials

Unfortunately the letters HR must refer to a different version of the Alta so this charger didn’t fit mine. I wrecked the packaging so couldn’t return it so I was stuck with it.

Replacement charging cable

Had to buy this 2nd one because the first 2 broke at the hinge. How hard can you be on a charging cable? Clip and leave but the clip breaks too easily.

Wrong cable

I didn't need it right away and left on vacation. When it was time to charge my Fitbit the cable didn't fit. The contact points were going the wrong direction. Since we were in an area where there were no Bets Buy stores I had to buy another cable that worked. I thought the guy that helped us would know what we needed since I showed him the Fitbit so when I opened the package I tossed it so can't take it back. Now I'm stuck with a charging cable for something that doesn't work and I'm out $20.00.
