    You purchase this with hopes that you never have to use it but sometimes you just have to. That was my case with my Surface Notebook and this protection plan was THE BEST when it came time to use it! Geek Squad went above and beyond to fix my Notebook and when they could not the protection plan did exactly what it says it will do and they replaced it with a brand new one. Doesn’t get better than that!!

    1-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection Who wouldn't want protection on such a great laptop. Only makes sense to buy it.

    I brought in a laptop with a BSOD. They talked shop very easily with me and were quite professional. They did nothing wihtout consultoing me about my case.

    Best Buy’s Geek Squad is one of the best computer repair services. They offer a variety of services including virus removal, data recovery, and hardware repair. They also offer a 24/7 support hotline for customers who need help outside of normal business hours .

    Thank you for the friendly customer service. I will be careful with this computer and hope nothing will go wrong. I got this one-year plane just in case something bad happens. I will rather be safe than something that doesn't run right or has a blackout, I'll be cover by Geek squad fixing with no trouble. We all like to spend our money wisely and add safe protection to feel better!

    I always buy this with computers. I spend a lot of money on a computer and computers can quit working. NOT the fault of Best Buy. Things happen. Geek squad service plan isn't always something I need to use. But when I have used it the plan has saved me a lot of money on repairs. Best Buy does not manufacture their products and without this plan you need to rely on the good graces of the manufacturer's warranty service

    This is a must get when ever you buy a new computer, tablet, surface or electrical device. To many times something has happened and the device is broken. If I didn't get this, I would have to pay out of pocket to get a new one, even though the damage is not extensive, it is expensive to fix. Cheaper sometimes to get a new one. For a small cost, I have it covered and it is fixed professionally and completely.

    I purchased a new laptop from Best Buy and accidental/extendeded waranty because i have purchased 4 or 5 reconditioned laptops in the past few years and was advised to do as I did and I AM STILL GOING TO HAVE TO SEND IN MY BRAND NEW DELL IN TO BE REPAIRED AND BE WITHOUT IT FOR 2 TO 3 WEEKS! I am so extremely disapointed that i am dealing with this, considering when i discussed the extra 120 dollars i payed ditectly to best buy only because i was told it would never have to be sent out! I was considering whether to purchase the dell or the geek squad becuase the guy blaitantlg lies to me about multiple aspects of this laptop! The otignial price for this machine is more than my car is worth! Im a midle aged widow single mom taking care of my husbands mom!I am not who has money to buy another laptop because it broke the bank to spend this 600 dollars on the clearance laptop! It was on clearance and open box, and originalt price being over 1100 dollars and came with no charger, which is ridiculous to tell a customer that "its an opeĺn box so if it does not come with one i had to buy one. Furthermore the keys stick from day on and now some keys do not work and it needs to be sent out to be repaired. The geek squad associate that looked at the laptop wjen i brought it to be diagnosed to however, was very nice and seemed to be compident but i am wishing i would have know this beriee any if this because i would have never .

    This service has allowed me to recover from so many bad products under heavy use. On one hand, that means the products can be iffy. On the other, the warranty is great enough to cover that and leave you happy.. enough

    I bought Geek Squad protection with my recent laptop purchases. I had issues with laptops keeping up with Silhoutte program so I had to trade in 2 laptops before I bought my HP Spectre laptop. IT guys were very patient. I wasn't originally prepared for such a high cost but with Geek Squad I was able to trade in when I had issues until I finally made the leap. They helped me chose something that fit my needs.

    A MUST YOU PAY A LITTLE MORE BUT YOU NEVER KNOW AND THEY EITHER FIX IT OR YOU GET CREDIT THE AMOUNT AND GET A NEW ONE , I BOUGHT A TOUCH SCREEN ONE THAT HE KINDA DROP THE BAG PACK AND IT CRACK THE SCREEN AND I HAD THIS PROTECTION IT IS GREAT

    When you buy a $1,500 computer, you really gotta get an extended warranty. Things happen. Accidents happen, whether the laptop gets dropped, or water (or crumbs) spill on it. A video card can go out, a key can get stuck. I like that I just bring it into the store and it will be serviced. I don't how fast Geek Squad is, but I like that there's somewhere I can physically take it, if I need to.
