Have not used it yet. Great price and still protect for 3 years.

I never had a need for them, which is good. I guess if I needed to, I would reach out.

Brought back dead pc with 3 yr geek squad 24hrs after receiving it and the would not fix, only option was turn it in. Not pleased about it as it was a Black Friday deal and they had no more. Out of stock still.

Every time I have ever had an issue, they have handled it.

Customer service is heinous. I hat ecalling them/ dealing with GeekSquad. last three phone calls they give me the phone number I just called and tell me that they aren't trained to handle my request, and ask that I call a number instead of transferring me or asking for help from another team memeber.

So my warranty ends and April and I’m pretty sure my pc peer supply just blew and nobody at Best Buy wants to get back to me about how to fix it.. Someone told me that in 24 hours somebody would call me to come pick it up but it’s been 48 and I haven’t even gotten an email about it??

Not sure how Geek squad is but, I have not had to use them yet.

Never needed to use it so I can't complain about it. But hard to review it otherwise

Not used this service yet so I cant really respond well.

This was misrepresented to me at i was told it was an unlimited warranty no matter what the glass had a no structural problem (softly firm ware). Undetermined and if i replaced them then i would have to but the warranty again bogus !!! I am have Bose repair the glasses they are in perfect condition other than not charging very un happy with the lack of continuity with associates interaction with customers.

I really wanted a 5 year warranty. 3 years was not enough.

Truly one of the worst experiences ever. I never recirved the pc thay came with this protection plan and I still haven't gotten a refund after an entire month-and-a-half, even after speaking to a staff member. If I could rate it 0/10 stars I would.

I had a corruped harddrive, so they junked the entire computer and gave me store credit, but there wasn't a single comparible machine in stock anywhere near the price. So, here I sit with store credit that I can't use, while my business has been disabled. My sole proprietorship has been disabled by Best Buy's Geek Squad. If I could sell the store credit to someone, I would, but nobody even wants it. I'm locked in and sick of it.

When I did have to call the Geek Squad the one time, they were of no use whatsoever. I am hopeful is I have to call them again in the future that I have a better experience

The 2 year Geek Accidental Geek Protection has not been needed so far.
