Added Geek Squad membership the following day or 2 from Desktop purchase. They noticed that the 2 yr accidental warranty was not added on original purchase (since I hadn't purchased Geek Squad Membership then) and caught that it was not on there and added it without question

I bought the 3 year protection with the Geek Squad. What peace of mind knowing that if I have any problems I will be taken care of quickly.

I bought this computer because it seemed like a great computer at a very good deal. I shopped around four months and got the best one I could afford. The computer worked well for a week and then I had to hard start it just to get it to turn on. Best Buy exchanged it with no problem to make it right. I received friendly and efficient service when I asked for an exchange. I was glad I bought the member card for 60 days that allowed me to do this. I was also able to come back 30 days later when the price was lower and they reimbursed me for the . The second computer exact model that I had to exchange the first one for, works just fine with no troubles at all. And I am extremely happy with my purchase. But mostly, I am happy with the friendly and efficient service that I received from Best Buy.

If you big on tech and shop with best buy, this is needed! Make sure you have it! Geek squad helps with everything and its worth it!

Hi, we have not had to use yet this year. However we had to use on previous purchases and it was definately worth it! We had to have a laptop replaced a couple of years ago due to a coke being spilled on it. UH

Never had to use my protection for a PC but I had it on my phone and appliance purchases that weee used and it was easy working with Geek Squad to get those fixed

They are the best and most intelligent. They treat me special on the phone, over the internet and in store one on one

Don't ever go without extended warranty. I use my computer and my three monitors daily and the extra money for a warranty is well worth it
