The service was amazing, all my questions were answered nicely which lead me to purchase this pc.

This is a good pc for a prebuilt I really reccomend buying it for starters.

I did setup it on my own, when I was unboxing it and plugged in all the peripherals, i found out that it has no display. I checked the connection and saw the video card is not properly seated. Aside from that everything is okey, will have to review how it the performance but I love it it's worth the money.

Never owned a gaming pc but so far this one does not disappoint. No issues, runs perfect. Very easy setup. Definitely recommend!

In this time of high priced PC parts, these prebuilt systems are very well priced given the components used. Customer service was good and so far the desktop has been great. It had some issues with the USB ports, but Customer Service was able to correct it.

I bought this yesterday and already loving the product .Product is good, and its easy to set up.

The PC looks great and seems to run really well even if wifi isn't great, but I've had some big issues with certain things. Getting any headset with a mic to work, bluetooth or corded, has been a nightmare; my corded one won't even work because I can't plug it into both the headphone and the mic plug. Bluetooth is kind of bad on this too. And the setup instructions provided weren't even for my exact PC, but thankfully setup was very easy. When I thought it had come broken, I took it to Best Buy and the employee was very nice and explained how it wasn't broken. For the price I paid, I don't know if I'd necessarily recommend this PC, but I'm generally pretty satisfied with it.

GREAT pc for gaming. Just got it and fell in love with it.

It was a bit rushed. I think it was overpriced for what it was, but not one single problem. I asked for the best, and they didn't have the best they were all sold out but not their fault but still would've wanted more out of it.

I picked my Pc up and it was all a smooth pick up process and when I opened the box everything was working well and smoothly, This pc is also very quite its amazing.

excellent system, have not had issues since starting it up. Great for personal and professional use I run my business from this PC while still being able to play games I enjoy.
