I need to repair my PC. Glad I got this protection plan. I walked into my local BestBuy, talked to one of the Geek Squad associates, and they helped me and sent my PC to repair. I ended up replacing my PC, and Geek Squad staff promptly provided me with the store credits.

I don't always buy accidental protection but for higher priced items that could get damaged, I always do. I have to say it is well worth it.

Its good to have a warranty but best buy neglects to tell you that HP office a better warranty with in home service for 1/3 of the price. With geek squad you have to take it in

Insurance is needed with just about everything and this was optional to purchase. I did for a few more years. I feel confident they would be able to help me .

I have had Geek Squad for my computer and printer for many years. They go in remotely and I don't have to drag them to the store. I am 85yrs. and that means a lot to me. They are always prompt and courteous and get things fixed. Sometimes they have to come to the house I don't know what I would do without this protection

Geek Squad service is something I recommend. Although I am a veteran IT consultant (large scale data centers), unexpected / unexplained things can happen with PCs. It's a conundrum. Don't buy coverage and things go wrong. Buy coverage and have piece of mind.

Yes I bought when you buy expensive computer you need the back up care that this warranty gives you the peace of mind found out hard way when first bought another computer broke 2 days after warranty and the company wanted to charge me thousands to potentially fix no more issues like that

This I absolutely love.... l love having the extra protection plan so when I bring my computer in to be fixed, the protection plan covers everything from soup to nuts it is awesome..... if you do not have someone to who is knowledgeable in computers, the Geek Squad is the next best thing to have.....

I have used the Geeksquad tech support program for many years for my computers. Online support is 24/7 and very effective if you have working internet access. In store service is awesome too. When you look at the price, it is amazing. their annual plan is highly worth it and covers a LOT of support. Almost anything I can throw at them. Whether a small business or home user, this service is a real life saver.

Overall, it was easy to claim and worked as expected.

So glad I am able to afford protection in the event of an accident, it is very pricey though

You need this for those mishaps that happened The geek squad is very good at what they do and they've been friendly and they're very fast.

I always purchase the accidental Geek Squad protection plans for all my electronic , I have had to use it and it is as easy to same day going to the store , go to customer service , get approval and pick up a new item.

I feel I’m in good hands adding the Greek Squad to my purchase. I’m sure they will be able to help me with any issues. So far there are none.

Never ever buy anything without geek squad protection they are there all the time to help you out no matter what you need

I have had this processor for over a year and it has worked great! Works really well for school work, and for download speed is excellent. I only wish I was able to upgrade to Windows 11, but it does not carry the all the specifications for it.... Refurbished, great deal, great buy!

I have not had to use this protection as yet, but having it just in case my pc needs work is a Godsend. I don't want to need the protection and not have it. I have used the Geek Squad in the past and it is a worthwhile investment.
