have already had a need for using the geek squad when installing my new programs and computer, and they did a great job, so happy with my purchase, and looking forward to many good years of support.

Any time you have small kids and you buy them a device then getting and buying geeksquad is the way to go.

I purchased the geek squad protection for the HP Desktop that I purchased at Best Buy and I am glad I did . You never know when you will have an issue arise and it gives you a sense of knowing that you will have them there when you need them.

I called because I thought I had a camera included with my new computer but the agent was able to check my purchase and let me know it was not included. But he did suggest what I needed to do.

Yes it was good never know when your drink spills on it any covered is better for me and I don’t know what it was like to be with out the protection they offer great plan get it

I buy Geek Squad protection on all the products I buy at BestBuy as I do not want to be looking for the "right" technician to fix any problems that might arise over the years. Similarly, if I need technical assistance I have it over the phone, in person or at my home.

I purchased an "Open Box" computer. When it was delivered, it hadn't been "programmed" for the next user. It still had the last owners information on it. I wasn't able to log in and register it for myself. When I called about it, I was told to bring it back to Best Buy. The process took them about 30+ minutes or more. When they were done, I was told, "Okay, we won't charge you".???? Why would I be charged for something that should've alread been done?

It makes sense to purchase the protection. You purchase insurance for your car, your house, your appliances, so why wouldn't you for your electronic devices that you use every day?

it's perfect for students doing homework, small business owners, the music lover, Netflix movie lover, foodie (large size monitor) to lust after recipes), and it's also cute! All white color will match up with any desk or home office color theme.

I was told if we had problems it would be fixed on site,not true it would be sent out,three week turn around.False advertisement
