I always buy geek squad protection plan but never got chance to claim anything therefore i can't tell about service. One thing i noticed that geek squad is expansive than if you buy anything like online. I hope service is as good as it cost.

I feel relaxed after I purchased the Geed Squad warranty since my Dell desktop will be covered at least 4 years by the warranty that will repair or replace it if something bad happens.

My technician was very knowledgeable, very polite, fixed in 10 minutes. Called ahead and was covid appropriate.
