    I will never purchase another product from Best Buy again. Purchased a $1k+ pc along with $200 accidental protection. 1.5 years into purchase I experienced major failure of multiple pc components. Upon dropping pc off to Geek Squad I was informed it would be sent away and componants would be replaced... next day I receive a phone call informing me that the GS employees are unable to complete the digital paperwork associated with it, and so the only option is to refund the cost of the pc (but not the warranty). I can no longer purchase this pc for less than 1500. Honestly, I highly recommend anybody looking to purchase high-end electronics look elsewhere!
