Honestly when it comes to geek squad, its one of the best protection plan you could add to your item, everything is directly thru best buy don't have to call customer nor go thru the hassle

I purchased this warranty when I purchased the tablet for my granddaughter luckily that I did because she accidentally dropped it and broke it and I brought it back to Best Buy and they replaced it for free.

When I got any issues with the tablet they changed for me with another new tablet

Gotta have protection if you have kids you know you never know if they gonna break something or just put it down nicely

Always purchase Geek Squad Protection! Anything can happen, and why should you buy the same product or pay to have it repaired? You pay for piece of mind, as well as protect your tech investment.

When purchasing a computer or any device that you want to last more than 2 years, I can't recommend buying a protection plan enough. My last device developed an issue on literally the last day of coverage and the device was covered with no questions asked!

I am so glad to have purchased the 2yeR warranty, my grandson loves his tablet and I have ease of mind that if anything should happen BestBuy will honor it no questions asked.
