Geek squad is always very helpful...................

So far haven’t need to use this service but I have heard great things about them if I ever do. Hopefully I won’t have to but if so I will update as needed.

Though this has not been a easy process, best buy has can supportive

I bought the protection plan on other items at Best Buy and it's worth every penny. If anything goes wrong you just take it back no questions and they give you a new item. So worth the money.

The agents are very helpful and courteous. They treat each customer as if they were the only one they were helping. I have been pleased with most of my experiences with the Geek Squad at Mid-Rivers Mall location.

When ever you buy a product, all way get the Geek Squad Protection you will never go wrong. They know there stuff and they will help you all way.

Comes in handy and not just with kids. I always try to get this. Worth it. Accidentally drop or spill something on computer or game system it will get fixed as long as it has the accidental plan

I am so glad i bought this protection otherwise i would have had to buy a new tablet when my boy cracked his lucklybi was able to go into the store and they where able to give a brand new tablet !

Never had to use it but got it just incase my elderly father dropped it.

Always there when I need them. They make it simple and easy to make claim and get you a new item ASAP.

Bought one protection on tablets that covers everything. Thank god i did because both screens started to crack out of the blue.

It is an awesome service. Could not/Would not own a device without Geek Squad service. You have expert advise and the ability to call on them at any time.

Anytime you buy anything from best buy, get the geek squad. They always solve my problems and are always available for questions. Nice little perk and very valuable.

I have not had to use it on this item. But I had the warranty on an iPod 5th gen and was really glad I did. Had to use it more than once on that item. But I think it has changed as far as what it covers since then so you would need to check really well what it covers. It replaced it with a new not refurbished one for me.

Good tablet , great value! I haven’t found a better value yet and the tablet works great

Geek Squad protection is well worth the money. Those associates have the knowledge to repair the item, or pinpoint any software problem that may exist. I have seen them in action, they debugged a family laptop.
