In a nutshell, if you can, just get it. Stuff really do happen.

Luckily I have not had to use it to fix anything on my devices, but glad to know it is there as an insurance.

I have gotten the Accidental Geek Squad Protection Plan on all my electronic devices and i am so glad i did. I extremely recommend it if you're buying a tablet for a kid.

I always buy at least the one year plan, have never had to use it, but for the price I thought it was worth having.
