Best plan, very worth having, would recommend to anyone who’s buying a new product

I never had to use this but I’m sure I would have needed it if I DIDN’T buy it!

Murphy's Law tells us if we buy it we won't need it and if don't buy it we will regret it. Without a warranty, geek squad won't even look at it.

I'm hoping I don't have to use it, but it's nice to have just in case.

Geeksquad makes this easy. You can get protected for 2 years. It isn't too expensive.

Placed no bubble's! Tech was quick and friendly the only down fall was the wait for service.

The plan itself is fine. When we used it they were fast & professional and it was repaired/replaced quickly. Would have liked to know when I purchased the plan that the tablet would need to be sent out instead of being fixed in house. Sometimes you can't go without so sending it out was an issue.

As always on a decently priced item this is a great added feature that provides ease of mind if anything were to go wrong.

I took my tablet in for a no charging issue. Geek squad explained the whole process of sending it in and getting it repaired. The process was easy and was given a link to track progress.

So far so good, I have used this before and they were patient, attentive, and solved my issues. I had gotten a virus on my computer and took care of it.

If you have kids this is awesome! I had it for my sons tablet and it was a life saver!

So great, so worth it. These electronics break so easily.

I always purchase Geek Squad service with items that I know I have no business trying to repair, it provides me with the security knowing should something go wrong, repairs are covered. Best way to go.

Honestly forgot that i even bought this. Hopefully this will be helpful incase the 3 year old decides to bathe the device. ❤️

Geek Squad ADH is a must have for any electronic. People complain that they will be without a computer or tablet while it's sent out, but what do you expect? It has to get repaired. Best Buy makes it Easy!! Drop it off, it gets sent out and you get back fixed and working device. Any work on computer or tablet costs a lot of money. You would be stuck with that bill if you don't have ADH. And for 3 or 4 years. If it stops working or you drop it down the stairs or kid spills soda on it...... It's covered. Don't forget to always add ADH if it's offered!

You can’t go wrong with the Geeksquad protection. I have use this service for over 10 years and I do not want to be without. The Geek Squad is helpful and friendly and most of all Geek can fix your computer and get any “Bugs” fixed. I love this service. They are there when you need to get your computer up and going. Geek can fix most any problem with your computer. They are the best! Another thing I like about Geek, Is they will install your new TV and get it up and running very quickly. My new Best Buy TV looks great. Thank you GeekSquad!

I have used the Geek Squad Protection on any device I purchase. I LOVE IT! It really helps when a device stops working. I can just go into the store. Get a store credit & purchase another device with the store credit. It really comes in handy for devices that just stop working. And I would definitely recommend it to anyone. 10/10!
