I took my Samsung Galaxy a13 5G Android phone to Aberdeen North Carolina and they looked at it and told me it needed a new SIM card which I got and I still cannot make phone calls and I did everything my carrier suggested I even did a factory reset and my phone still does not work. And while I was there I was told I would get a new phone and a new Samsung watch and I did not. Very dissatisfied customer!

I can't really say. I didn't need it. I wasted the money. Won't do it again

It's disappointing that you are supposed to have two claims available to you within 12 months. It wasn't even 3 weeks when I had to return my phone because it had broken. I was appreciative cuz the insurance did cover it, however, I've just realized that it doesn't cover the replacement phone I got. And of course, unfortunately, this one is now broken as well. I just think they should be very clear about the insurance at the purchase. I only hope that it's not too late to get the insurance for this one

The sound went out on my BLU Cell phone within a week after I purchased it. I was able to replace it.

I don't know what services they would extend me, but they installed my screen protector well.

Not a fan of geek squad. Bought the warranty cause I know my daughter

I can not cancel these plans to save my life!! I have to text, chat AND call just to verify a cancelation that KEEPS CHARGING ME. Never again will i get any sort of protection plan with geek squad. Not worth it unless you have money to throw away every month for the rest of your life.

This is a predatory product. It cost $170, and upon claim, Best Buy demands a $200 additional fee to honor the policy. It is a waste of money to pay 1/4 of the price of the phone at purchase for the privilege of playing 1/3 of the cost of the phone later to replace it. This was not disclosed at purchase.

Never needed to use this but its great to have the extra protection :)

Had to wait on hold for a while, however they took care my issue with my computer.

Geek squad is a scam, I have been paying for a protection plan and when I needed to use it due to an error on the system I have not been able to use it. I have been trying to get it fixed by the customer service and it has passed 4 weeks with no luck. I am stuck with a brokent phone that bestbuy will not fix even though I pay for the protection. I would not recommend this product and I will ask for a refund since the service I have payed for has not been fulfilled by bestbuy.

Very well worth the amount they charge and what they offer

Its great for the the price but i prefer the samaung care.

I assumed a same day screen replacement or quick repair on a new model phone would be the key time saving benefit of this plan. Unfortunately even at a "Samsung authorized service center" they could only offer to mail me a new phone after a screen stopped working on a two month old phone. I could have done that directly with the manufacturer! I like BB and wish they wouldn't mislead on what they could actually do for you.

I hope they dont give me excuses if my device malfunctions
