Always get the protection plan, you never know when you will need it. It's nice to use it and not have to pay tons for a new whatever broke.

Only worth it because of the device being necessary to daily activities. I don't believe there should be fees attached after u have purchased the warranty. If my phone breaks, true that they'll replace it but you still have to pay like $200

Every time I have tried to use it I would get a we don’t cover that you have to go to the manufacturer or you just have to replace it.

Although less accessible due to COVID-19 (and they've canceled twice), they are still amazingly helpful to this tech-deficient user!
