I have always add the protection plan to all my purchases. Is better to have it and not needed than to needed and not have it.

So far so good. There has been no need to utilize this product as of January 25th.

I have not used it but I know that it is excellent and incredible attention

I purchased the 3-year protection plan for my new ASUS laptop for peace of mind. If I have any issues, the repair is free and if it cannot be repaired, I'll get a brand new laptop. I believe that protections plans are very necessary for all electronics.

I try to buy protection plan with all my purchases. It has always worked out for me when I have problems. It's worh the monies.

Agents are very helpful both at the store and live chat. They have helped me out on several times. Wait time is very reasonable when calling. Drop off and pick up at store has gone well.

I used to never add protection to my expensive purchases, but now with almost every purchase over a certain amount I add it. Including the geek squad protection. I used this so much. And saved huge

I have a Microsoft Surface Book and it has been nothing but issues. Thank goodness for these guys who have worked on it an average of once a month. It is finally being replaced next week so I hope I won't have to visit Geek Squad too much more but j am glad they are there.

Before purchasing I asked a bunch of my friends and they all told me it was worth it. I purchased it and I'm glad I did. I already came in once to get help with my initial setup for my new laptop.

I’ve gotten his protection on several computers in the past and it’s always been well worth the money over a period of time you’re going to have an issue and it’s nice to have it already covered by Best Buy.

I get the warranty service on all of my more important and larger products. Makes repairs and replacements much easier.

I had to use protection plan and I was pleasantly surprised how quick the team worked to either get me a replacement or credit me so I could pick out a replacement. It was a quick swap out for a new one/replacement.

Used it right away to get help with set up and get some questions answered. Very helpful and not rushed.

Got the three year insurance plan because of my travels and bringing my laptop i didn't want to worry about accidents so hopefully it will be easier having it with me.

Purchased this along with my son's new laptop. He is very responsible, but life happens. I have found that protecting equipment for 3 years is very helpful for my children and myself. Saved thousands over the years.

Geek Squad protection is fantastic, always have great support from geek squad and get my products repaired or replaced through them. They always work with you and I’m a clumsy person always breaking tech.
