I purchased the 3-year warranty on a laptop. The display started doing some odd things. Since it didn’t do it for them they said they weren’t sure what it was. Apparently if I had paid for their membership they would have run diagnostics for free. If there turns out to be an issue with the display or the graphics card, they do not fix it in house. They would have to ship it off and it could take weeks to get back. I should have purchased the manufacturers extended warranty instead.

I love the extent #Warranty it makes me feel like I don’t have to worry too much about the device if it malfunctions or gets damaged.

Greatest value is the 3 yr plan. I bought phones in texas and best buy has good coverage with a 1 time replacement if they can't fix it

I’ve used this protection plan in the past and it saved me thousands. Just like the piece of mind that it’s there in case of an accident.

I find best buy Insurance to be a great value. They always cover what they say they will at a reasonable price.

Good warranty for cover your damage without headache only need to bring the laptop to the store near your location.

If only people knew how important it is to purchase a good protection plan and Bestbuy always offers the best.

The adgents are very helpful. Willl set up your computer software for you. Never have enough coverage.
