They helped a lot! Only missed one thing installing Office 365. And we don't know how. Otherwise they are a great group of Agents

it pays to purchase the extra warranty on anything you buy!

What's new tech without a great warranty to make sure any mishaps are corrected. Can't go wrong with a back up plan.

When you buy anything over $1000 dollars and you are likely to carry it around with increased exposure to accidents and heavy shaking that is likely to jog something loose, onsider protection plan. It just saves a lot of aggravation given the high probability of an issue developing with 18 months. I historically did not buy protection plans but I have changed my mind when its a electronic that will be carried around. I still do not buy protection p lans for fridge and washers which are not moved as often.

Great plan. Everyone who has a child at home should get it.

I know what they can do, their reputation precedes them. I have not used them yet..but if I do, I am glad I have them in my corner!
