I have used every single Geek Squad protection plans for slow speed, or accidental damage. I am so thankful for this service, because my kids are tiny destruction machines. :) Highly recommend.

I love chrome books this is my third one. I’ve been using chrome books for over 20 yrs. The as not yet failed me just right for me on the go and at home.

Ended up returning, but would recommend if you want peace of mind.

If and when you have purchased an electronic more than $200.00 worth, it would be wise to buy an insurance along with it for at least the 1st year or so. Especially when you're clumsy. Trust Best Buy when they ask you. They have ESP they can sense youre clumsy.

Considering that this protection covers damages and such, knowing that my laptop came new in box with a faulty keyboard and they instantly replaced it that day was very nice. Definitely worth the money for the service

Fist visit guy was nice and helpful. Seemed like he cared. 2nd visit they were behind, started helping me then helped 2 other people while I waited on him, keeping in mind I had an appointment. Store was closing, people didn’t seem helpful and felt very rushed. Didn’t feel like I spent my money well buying this service.

I'm glad I picked a great protection plan, you never know what would happen. Best Buy workers are great explaining the protection plans and is affordable.

For the low price paid for the laptop, protection coverage came as a no brainer. Giving Mom the peace of mind needed to utilize her new device without concerns of damages for 12 months was reasonably priced and worth securing.

With the warranty I was able to get my products serviced without hassle

I haven’t had to use this service yet but I feel comfortable knowing that I have this resource. I am in a Paramedic program online and my computer has to work or I can’t do schoolwork and if I get behind, I get dropped from program, so this is a nice insurance for me.

This is a must have for any electronic devices! My old computer crashed in the midst of my Classes for my Master's Degree and I panicked! I brought a new laptop and was adamant on purchasing additional coverage in case something goes wrong.

Protection plans as usually a good thing to get in addition to manufacturing warranties. Always check what coverage you have included.

I added the Geek Squad Protection when I bought a laptop for my 9 yr old son. The laptop only lasted 6 months because he didn't use it carefully. I was pleasantly surprised when Best Buy reimbursed the total amount of what I paid for it because they could not fix it. I recommend this product 100% when buying electronics for a child.
