I'm not sure how to rate it because I didn't have to use it. The potential use of it looked worth the extra dollars though...if you need it due to a defective item. In my case it was just wasted insurance money spent...but that's peace of mind I guess.

I LOVE HAVING THE SECURITY THAT MY CAMERA IS PROTECTED. I KAYAK WITH IT AND SOMETIMES TAKE IT OUT OF THE DRY BAG TO TAKE PICTURES. FEEL GOOD KNOWING IF IT GETS WET IT IS COVERED.

Why the Instax cameras are not as expensive as a mirrorless cameras in today's digital photography it's still worth protecting.

Haven't used it yet, but will have to soon as my camera is being too fail. I expect no troubles. Only issue that confused me was no paper acknowledgement of the warranty purchased.

The geek squad program is worth every penny. For critical electronics this service offers a great piece of mind. If they can’t repair the unit they will replace it.

Buying protection is an great idea I had my camera for a year now haven’t messed it up but I have one more year just in case
