I am very happy to get the one year protection for my camera. I use Geek for my computer and I always get the help I need from them.

This small camera is impressive for it's diminutive size. The zoom capability is definitely WOW. The quality of the images is very good BUT let's check out the "WHOA..." WHOA... Terrible battery life. (I bought this mainly to do time-lapse videos needing a small camera to place in hard to get to locations BUT, I was only able to make VERY SHORT time lapse videos that are not much longer than 30 seconds. The battery "poops-out" in 20 minutes or so. Forget trying to power this camera from an external power source... it has no provision for being powered from anything other than the little-bit NB-13L battery. WHOA #2. The camera takes an incredible LONG TIME to AUTOFOCUS! My cat can take a "cat nap" quicker than my Canon SX740 HS can figure out where the focus is. Despite the potential for this camera being a stunning capture device, it fails in regard to how many actual photos you can capture on a single charge, and the camera is worthless for capturing a time-lapse sequence over the course of nothing longer than 20 minutes. So if you want one of those stunning videos showing a sunset or a moonrise or clouds passing overhead, forget about THAT... However, this camera has that stunning zoom lens that really-REALLY can reach out and grab a shot of subject matter that is far away. If I were going on a trip, I'd still prefer using this camera as opposed to my iPhone 12 MaxPro. This little Canon is hard to beat because of the amazing ZOOM ability, but it is limited on how long this little rascal can be left "turned on."'

I always get geek squad protection. Fortunately, Ive never had to use it but my mom has had awesome experiences with them.

A highly recommended protection plan, no matter what happens with your camera, fix or replace them for a low cost. Excellent !!

do not order this. came clearly opened and Best Buy will not exchange or do a price adjustment for the open box price. also the camera does not come with a charger??? not worth it for the price.

No view finder! Okay at some points, but in nature with the sun out, I can't see the screen at all, making taking pictures impossible

These will constantly break especially when putting new film in. For some reason it gets stuck on the black plastic blank Polaroid and if you try to take it out it will stop working completely. I’ve gone through 3 cameras in a year. It’s very cheaply made for the price.

Didn't really work too well or as I expected. This was a waste of my money. I just got one in a nice color. Wish it would have worked better.

I picked Friday to have it delivered so I can use it this weekend on my getaway trip. Now it’s delayed and I won’t be able to use it. Horrible

Total piece of s*#t. Would not work with recommended memory card. Waste of money, got zero photos taken with it.

Scratches even on a screen is just considered "cosmetic" and are NOT under warranty. Replacement? Only if there is really no way to fix it. Is it worth $150 for a $900 device? You be the judge.

Worst camera ever. This is for little kids to play with.

This thing sucks. It leaked and died on my first snorkel free dive. I spent about $780 on dives and no camera. DO NOT BUY!
