I always buy a service protection plan for my electronics and the service has always been on point.

I had some issues right after I got my laptop, twenty minutes later after I drop it off they fix it

Because this product was for my niece I wanted a warranty that would work for her out of town.

An absolute MUST-HAVE . . . especially for those (like myself), who are NOT "tech-savvy"!

Excellent service. My devices are always fixed or replaced with this protection.

Every time I started my new laptop, it added more icons. I took it to Geek squad to fix. They cleared and restarted it, said it would take a couple of hours. After 4 hours, I called it wasn't ready, they said it would be maybe another hour and they would call. After another 2 hours I went in to pick it up. I had to wait a few minutes and they never did call me. Not very happy with Geek squad.
