Connections are not strong

The cord still charges but you have to position the Fit Bit without tension so the connection holds through the recharging.

This product does not work with FitBit Charge HR
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We purchased this cable to provide a backup charge station at work (because the battery life on the FitBit Charge HR is substantially less than advertised by the manufacturer. Much to our chagrin, FitBit saw fit to use different cable connections on the Charge and the Charge HR. As a result, this did not work at all. We ended up returning the item and purchasing the correct cable at another retailer (Best Buy did not stock the correct cable). Can recommend the product for the right FitBit, but not for Charge HR.

So I went to Target and got the right one, and now am stuck with yours in a bag in the car. Got it in Florida and am not near a Best Buy.
