Do not buy without a protection plan

It was for my son's 4th birthday. He began using it on the 6th of June and only a month later the touchpad stopped working. I went to Best Buy to get it repaired or traded and they couldn't do snything. $70 for a months use of this product. I suggest you purchase something better than this item.

I purchased this tablet and I paid for what I got. I spend so much time trying to turn it on and to select the apps. He hardly uses this tablet and uses my iPad. I was not really happy with this tablet. We own iPhones and Ipads but I did not wanted to give my 5 year old an iPad. I have change my mind and getting an iPad for my son in Christmas.
