The device was always on one screen: connect to WiFi… but there were no options to connect, no drop down, nothing. The only thing I could select was restart. So I had to send it back. And I tried the help desk, I was given very lengthy instructions straight from the manual. It was so automated that it didn’t help me. So I had to return it. Next time I’ll just buy it brand new. Also it’s refurbished and on the website it said good condition, but when it arrived, the box said excellent condition… neither were true really. 900 is a lot of money. And this was a major purchase for me to help with my business and I needed it to download Claude. So I’m held up on growing my business until I get a Mac book and I just can’t afford a new one right now. I was so excited when it arrived!

I’ve been using the 13-inch MacBook Air (M5, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD in Sky Blue) for a couple of weeks now, and I honestly love it. First thing I noticed is how fast it is. Everything just feels smooth—switching between apps, having tons of tabs open, even doing some light photo editing. The 16GB RAM definitely helps with that. No lag, no slowdowns so far. The design is super clean and lightweight, which makes it perfect to carry around every day. And the Sky Blue color looks even better in person—subtle but unique. Battery life has been amazing. I can go a full day of work without stressing about charging, which is a huge plus for me. The screen is bright and crisp, and the keyboard/trackpad combo is as good as everyone says. Typing feels really comfortable. Only small downside is the limited ports, but that’s kind of expected with MacBooks at this point. Overall, really happy with this purchase. It’s fast, reliable, and just easy to use. Definitely worth it if you want a powerful but portable laptop.

I bought this laptop urgently before a software engineering technical interview. I needed to replace my old gaming laptop that crapped out on me not even a year into ownership. This laptop is more than capable of handling programming sessions while multitasking and has a great display to fit everything in. The fanless design allows for this laptop to run extremely quietly and I do not have to worry about dusting it nearly as much. My biggest critique is that the 8-core GPU is not nearly powerful enough to handle modern 3D software, this is a very CPU heavy machine. Overall, it exceeded all of expectations and it quite literally landed me a job.

I love my MacBook Air. The keys are perfect when typing. It is super fast ! It points to my printer at home. I have never had a Mac. Always a PC / HP guy but it’s pretty cool how it is streamlined with your IPhone. So if u get a text it pops up on your laptop screen. And u can respond. I am still learning things. I am really enjoying it. The 13inch is perfect and compact for on the go as a realtor and youth pastor. Battery life is good for Infiniti basically

This computer has been one of my best purchases. It performs smoothly, is fast, reliable, and very easy to use. It has been especially helpful in my daily life because it allows me to do things that are harder to manage on a phone, like writing, organizing, studying, and completing important tasks more comfortably. I’m very satisfied with the quality and overall performance, and I also had a great experience buying it at Best Buy. I would definitely recommend it to others

This is a really good laptop! In my opinion, she never overheats. Things don't take a lot of time to load. I can do school work with no problem, and if I want to play games or watch a show on it, it gives me no trouble. I'm really happy I chose this device; the fan never blares like other laptops, and the quality is superb. I love my laptop.

the MacBook Air M5 is amazing fast, and just a we'll build laptop, that will last you at least the next 5-10 years because of the chip inside of it its future proof. its super light and comfy can be place in any backpack or computer bag and carried effortless It is great for the use of AI and LLM models as well, battery life is amazing, I use it for a week without a recharge

Best laptop I’ve ever had. Three weeks in and I’m still obsessed. It’s fast, the battery lasts all day without me even thinking about a charger, and the screen looks absolutely beautiful. Everything just works — no lag, no frustration, no compromises. For the price, I honestly can’t believe how good this thing is. If you’re on the fence, just get it. You won’t regret it.

I bought this mostly as a means to download and watch movies while I travel. It has plenty of memory, boots quickly, weighs almost nothing and, is very thin. Easy to travel with. It handles my Neo Ray Air 3 Video Glasses perfectly. I've set it up so the screen blanks out while the glasses are in use so as not to disturb my fellow travelers who may not like some of my movie choices :) As far as being a capable computer...it's Apple. If you're a PC person (as I have been for most of my life,) it's fairly easy to make the crossover, you just have to figure out the Apple nomenclature. With the M5 chip, it's quick changing between windows and pretty fast with web surfing, assuming you've got a good signal. All in all, I'm quite happy with this purchase.

This model is super fast and light weight. I'd say the battery life is much better than even the m4 air. Worth the price especially if you're upgrading from M1-M3 or even more from an old intel model. This would be great for most everyone.

This laptop does everything I need it to do and more. It is significantly lighter than my last computer, which makes it easier to carry. I also appreciate the long battery life. I use this laptop for work, school, and personal life, and I have had no issues.

This laptop performs the way expected! Once I got it setup and connected to my new monitor I went right to work. The operating system is intuitive, processing speed is great, keyboard is the right size and screen is clear and crisp, I couldn’t be happier.

We got two - One for my spouse(Sky Blue). It replaced my Lenovo Legion Slim(2024), who's usb c port stopped working, and it could not be replaced. We are first time MAC users and took a bit of getting used to coming from Windows. Its a great value device with all the hardware excellence of Apple quality and great integration within its ecosystem (Love the phone mirroring and continuity feature). I am locked in atleast in the near foreseeable future. Looking forward to how Apple Intelligence evolves as M5 is supposedly built for higher AI performance.
