    I enjoyed the introduction to my NEO but couldn't remember exactly how to get into it and how to make a document or print one. I have ordered a book with instruction for seniors and hope that helps. Thank you for the class. Hope to return for a refersher once I understand what I need to know. Mary Flynn

    This is my first laptop so I am in a learning mode. So far, it has been a good experience but getting use to the keyboard is taking some time. The contrast between the keys color and the printed letter could be better. Otherwise it is working well.

    Great for surfing the web and smaller tasks. Any kind of cooling solution would help performance by at least 10%. So far I’m loving the entry into Mac OS
