I like the look and feel of this new Apple product. It syncs up well with my iPhone. It is lightweight, and the built key board is easy to type on. The nice part is this easily portable to go to coffee houses or restaurants. The wifi connection is strong at home or away from home. The screen is well-lit and easy to read from. I definitely would recommend buying this new Apple product, since I am planning to go on several airplane trips and the device would easily fit in the seat trays.

First macbook I've ever purchased. I came in with low expectations figuring that I don't need it to do much but run my laser, but it handles way more than I expected. Its small, the chassis feels good to the touch. I wish it had a backlit keyboard, but for the price I'll learn to live without it. I can take it apart and replace parts if i need to and it does exactly everything i need it to do, so it gets 5 stars for being better than i expected.

I am honestly blown away by how much this device has improved my daily workflow. From the moment I opened the box, it felt like the perfect blend of power, design, and pure Apple smoothness. Performance: The speed is unbelievable. Apps launch instantly, multitasking is effortless, and even heavier tasks like editing videos and managing large files run with zero lag. The new chip really shows its strength, and the battery life is insane. I can go almost a full day without plugging in. Display & Build: The screen is bright, crisp, and gorgeous for movies or work. The colors pop without feeling overwhelming. The build quality is premium in every way lightweight enough to carry everywhere but solid enough that it feels durable and reliable. Best Buy Experience: Buying from Best Buy made everything even better. Online search helped me to compare models and I bought the open box version of it, since it gave me even better value. Overall: The MacBook Neo is a powerhouse wrapped in a beautiful design. It’s boosted my productivity, made work more enjoyable, and honestly feels like an investment that will last years. If you’re on the fence go for it. You won’t regret it.

My MacBook is so pretty and works very well. It is also very light and easy to carry around! The battery life is also very also and I haven’t charged it yet since purchasing it!

I've had a 2015 Macbook pro for 11 years and it finally came time to replace it. At this point in my life I couldn't justify the price of even a Macbook Air. I had been shopping around for PCs but none of them were going to have the features I was used to. Then Apple released the Neo. This thing does everything my Favorite Macbook could, only now with a better OS, better battery, and reliable hardware. Very happy with old faithful's replacement.

My daughter loves her birthday present. While I wish it had MagSafe charging, especially since it will be used at school, it remains a terrific value for the price. Not sure how Apple managed to sell it for such a great price, especially given inflation and RAM shortages, so I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a laptop for basic computer tasks. Nothing else comes close at this price point.

I wanted a new MacBook since mine was over 10 years old, and the price of the Neo is what sold me. I love this computer, it’s the perfect size and synced with my all of my other apple products seamlessly. There are no noticeable disadvantages from my old MacBook Air aside from the lack of light up keys. Everything else feels like an upgrade.

This is my first MacBook, and the price point is perfect for anyone looking to try macOS. It’s a powerful machine for light work and daily tasks. This is the first MacBook I have had and I cannot believe I didn’t do it sooner! It’s small and slim so it doesn’t take up too much space. According to my friends who have had MacBooks it’s a lot faster than theirs. Three of my friends are going to purchase one just from trying mine!

This laptop brought me back into the Apple ecosystem and convinced me that the brand is actually worth using again. The lil guy works fast, is pretty, and does all of the basic processing work that I need it for. Overall really happy with my purchase and the fact that Apple finally broke into the Chromebook price range.

This is a top notch Apple Quality laptop .I have an assortment of Apple devices going back to the 1980s and as usual, you can feel the quality manufacturing. I love the Aluminum shell/body combined with the blue color. I have three older silver MacBooks so I decided to get an up-to-date system that is easily sufficient for my general computing needs. I don’t do video editing but for everything else this handles it well. With a 100mbps internet connection this laptop loads websites instantly. The keyboard is excellent as are all apple keyboards. It’s one of the main reasons I stick with Apple. It’s a perfect daily driver laptop. I went with a 256gb model because that was what was available. The USBc ports will do the job and it comes with a charger. No regrets.

Absolute 10/10...Lightweight, smooth, and powerful! Had the 13" iPad Air & made the trade-in to be able to maximize online work. Best decision I could've made, this laptop is so great!

I’ll be honest, I was a little skeptical at first. At around $500 to $600 and being my first MacBook, I honestly expected something pretty low end. I was wrong. I’ve had zero issues with it. It runs fast and handles everything I need it for whether that’s studying for certifications, grad school coursework, or just everyday use. It hasn’t let me down once. If you’re thinking about making the switch to Mac, I’d definitely recommend this one. Solid laptop, great price!
