Bad experience at the store

At 1st Indigo color was placed for Order while I requested for silver. The order was cancelled and Silver was placed. Then the order itself was delivered on a later date which was not communicated. When I went back to return the order as I got it late. I got a shock that the money will refunded to a gift card because the 1st person when he cancelled the wrong order put the money in gift card and placed the 2nd order. I had to request and push in the store for about 40 mins till finally a manager figured out a way to get the refund to my original payment method

When I picked up my laptop Best Buy employees was great ! They helped me out with any questions, I even walked around to look at TVS they assisted with that. Thank you sooo much Best Buy I have always wanted a MacBook!
