    Great laptop, but they talked me into buying it in the store by telling me that plus members got $50 off. Turns out that the promotion ended the day before I bought. I reached out to support afterward to ask where the credit was and they told me that there was nothing they could do because the promotion had ended the day before I bought it. It's okay to make a mistake, but you make it right... and Best Buy won't help me out. I'll buy elsewhere in the future. Second guess what they tell you and ask for proof!

    the price was attractive, $599 for a new Apple was a failure, the screen was daryl and unused ble. save your money, pass on the Neo it and unfortunately returned it two weeks later. the biggest problem i i could not read the keys, the letters were not backlit and did not. stand out. interface to my monitor

    It’s okay for day to day tasks, extremely light gaming, and watching videos. The battery life isn’t also the best. Although it is comparable to other MacBooks, the trackpad is different and the keys are changed.
