amazing game - unexpected format - and really shines on the switch.

An excellent visual novel with strategy game segments that I'd recommend to anyone interested in a great story with endearing characters and plenty of plot twists to keep you guessing.

I played this on PS4 in 2020 when it was first released and revisiting it on Switch has been a joy. I'm playing it exclusively in handheld mode (preferred for my visual novels), and so far the performance has been solid. The storytelling is so intriguing and somehow they have made it work despite how many characters and perspectives that are included. I was pleasantly surprised by the tactical gameplay portions as well. Also, the art cards that came with the game are a nice bonus. I love the designs that Vanillaware is known for, so beautiful.

Vanillaware are known for releasing sleeper hits. Just like Muramasa Demon Blade/rebirth, odin Sphere, and (my favorite) Dragon's Crown, this game is a must own.

I read about this game when it was only available on PS4. I waited patiently until he finally appeared on Switch. The Nintendo console in handheld mode is perfect for this game. The game is divided into tactical mode in which we run our large robots to fight the invaders and on visual novel mode. The story is very interesting and intriguing. The fight, despite the specific graphics, is a lot of fun. Between fights, we improve our robots and the base for points scored during the mission. If you’re interested in a great story this game is for you. The gameplay is enjoyable but for me it took a backseat to the story.

Great game from Atlus once again. Finally ported to Switch from PS4. Great buy for a collector one day.

Fantastic mix of visual novel and tactical strategy game with a really cool story, great graphics, and excellent presentation.

This is an incredibly novel take on graphic novels and adventure games. The way things can unfold nonlinearly means that it's unlikely two players will uncover details and solve mysteries about the plot in the same way, and it's great at hooking you in and making you want to discover more. It also does very well at balancing the main cast of 13 characters. If you like games like Ace Attorney, Dangan Ronpa, or even things like Homestuck, give it a shot.

Really enjoy the hefty novel part of the game and enjoyed the Sci-Fi battles OST.
