My daughter is 8 and this was perfect first computer to start out with.its easy to use and perfect for completing her Google classroom assignments.she love you_tube, getting her own email and surfing the Web with parental guidelines.the only thing she's unable to do is use other apps such as musically because of compatibility.

Bought this for my tech unfriendly wife. Really fit the bill. It's NOT a laptop that's going to run hefty programs, but for what she does: Web Surfing, email, online bill pay, social media, it's perfect! Decent battery life, fast boot, she's thrilled and can't tell the difference use wise than her old windows laptop.

I like the fact I don't need to pay extra for security on this laptop. It is fast to power on and off. So far it's great.

great laptop nice size screen good for surfing web

Price was great. Starts up and runs SUPER FAST unlike regular laptops. He can do just about everything in this that he needs to. Surfing the web, etc. meets all of his needs. Keyboard is great, color is nice. It’s built sturdy. Highly recommend it. I can’t say anything bad about it. There’s nothing he dislikes about it.

Not a real high powered unit but works for streaming vidoes and surfing the web. A bit slow but works for my needs.

The one thing i didn't really like would be the touch pad on the computer, it's just not as good as it could be .

Bought for my daughter for Christmas, she is homeschooled and used Internet for her classes. Perfect for her!

Love my chromebook. It is light in weight, easy to store. Love the keyboard which is fast and easy to use. The fact that I can do all the things I want on the Chromebook that I can do on my computer is great: internet, email, pictures, etc. The screen is just right; clear and bright colors! Great Buy!

Bought as a gift for the wife to replace an aging laptop. She is absolutely loving it. Been thinking about moving her to chromebook for quite some time as everything she does any more is just in the browser. This seems to really fit the bill. Good size, light, and fast boot time. She's a happy camper!

Good for someone who needs it to glance at emails and maybe schoolwork

The Chromebook works fine for just what I purchased it for -- to run a simple stats program off the Chrome browser. No complaints with the product. Now the customer service at Best Buy is a whole different story but this review is supposed to be about the product and I am satisfied with that.

Purchased this for Christmas for Grandson. He uses a Chromebook in his classroom, so it compliments his studies and he does his homework on it. I'm hoping that this will get him through elementary school before he needs another computer. He likes having his own and not having to use mine.

I bought this for my wife so she could learn about the laptops the students at her school use. $200 is a good price, but the screen is not very good. The speakers aren’t blowing her skirt up either. It works as a basic laptop for homework or paying bills, but keep your expectations low.

Had a good experience with this machine, I would reccomend to others
